IT Relay & Switch is now offering the new 50A A2H Series automotive relay with low temperature rise. This newest addition to the CIT relay family offers an option of PC pin or quick connect mounting and two styles of mounting flanges. Contact arrangement options are 1A or 1C with coil voltage of 12VDC or 24VDC. The A2H Series automotive relay is rugged in construction and offers low temperature rise at full load.
Specifications: Contact arrangement is 1A SPST N.O., or 1C SPDT with a contact rating of 50A@14VDC. Contact resistance is less than 50 milliohms; contact material is AgSnO2. The tested electrical life of the A2H is 100K cycles with a mechanical life of 10M cycles. The dielectric strength is 750V rms coil to contact and 500V rms contact to contact. Insulation resistance is 100M milliohms. Insulation resistance is 100M milliohms at 500VDC. Shock resistance is 294m/s2 for 11 minutes and vibration resistance is 10mm double amplitude 10~22.3Hz. The operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C with a storage temperature of +40°C to 155°C. Solderability is 260°C for 5s. The weight of the A2H Series is 35g.

The A6 Series automotive relay is small in size and lightweight. Offering low coil power consumption, the switching current is up to 30A with contact arrangement choices of 1A or 1C. Coil voltage options for this relay are 12VDC or 24VDC with coil power of 0.9W or 1.3W. The A6 Series is 22.5 x 15.0 x 25.2mm.

Contact resistance is less than 50 milliohms; contact material is AgSnO2. The tested electrical life of the A6 Series is 100K cycles with a mechanical life of 10M cycles. The dielectric strength is 500V rms both coil to contact and contact to contact. Insulation resistance is 100M milliohms at 500VDC. Shock resistance is 100m/s2 for 11 minutes and vibration resistance is 1.27mm double amplitude 10~40Hz. The operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C with a storage temperature of -40°C to 155°C. Solderability is 260°C for 5 seconds. The weight of the A6 Series is 21g.
