Mechatronics ultrahigh RPM DC axial fans are ideal for applications where maximum airflow and static pressure are required. These ultrahigh-performance fan models feature reinforced fixed vane frame designs that increase static pressure. High-precision balanced impellers rotate at nearly double the standard speed and push extremely high air volumes. Available in 12, 24, and 48VDC models for both 40x40x28mm and 120x120x38mm sizes.

Mechatronics DC Fans with thermal speed control enable the fan to automatically adjust RPM at set temperatures. For example, at 25° C or less, the fan will operate at roughly half speed. This promotes high energy efficiency and the lower RPM reduces the noise significantly. At 35° C or greater, the fan will operate at full speed. Between 25° and 35° C, the fan speed will automatically adjust based on the ambient temperature. Choose between a hub mount or remote mount thermistor to best suit your application needs.

Introducing the only series of cooling fans that have achieved IP69K rating, offering the highest proven protection available against closed range, high-temperature, high-pressure spray-downs.
These fans are designed to be protected from environmental factors and are the desired component for harsh applications. This new series of IP69K fans is available in 12, 24, and 48VDC, with an airflow from 10.9 to 346 CFM. Sizes available include 40mm, 60mm, 92mm, 120mm, 150mm, and 175mm. They are available with a new metal casing with high reliability in high temperature, plastic magnet, and if desired, stainless NMB bearings with ceramic balls.
