For more than 40 years, Crouzet has offered DC motors and geared motors, available from 1 to 200W in 12, 24 or 48V versions.

Crouzet’s industrial DC brush motors offer low operating speeds (2000 to 4000 rpm) and some of the best technical criteria on the market in terms of exceptionally long service life (over 20000 hours) and outstanding protection.

Crouzet also has its line of DCmind brush motors, a new range of high-performance direct current brush motors. The new DCmind brush motors are the quietest on the market. Exceptional efficiency and working life, conformity to the strictest standards, and wide range of available power supplies are just some of the reasons why DCmind brush motors are ideal for use in medical equipment, pumps and valves, railway, and aeronautics.

Our motor and drive solutions include motors, gearboxes, and electronics as well as their corresponding accessories and software. Our brushed DC motors range from a diameter of 42 mm up to 63 mm and feature a power output of up to 93 Watts. For applications requiring a higher power output and longer lifetime, we offer brushless DC motors (also called EC motors) with inner and outer rotor technology that provide up to 750 Watts of nominal power. These brushless DC motors are paired with hall sensors and can utilize an integrated or external controller. To make these solutions even more customizable, we offer a wide range of planetary, spur, and right-angled gearboxes as well as complementary products like encoders and brakes.
