EMI Power Line Filters

EMI/RFI power line filters are designed to meet most international safety agency requirements. These filters help customers meet FCC and VDE emission standards. Our line consists of many standard configurations such as block type, filter with power line connector, and various filters with multifunctional modules. Custom designs are available upon request.

L1199 / L1299 / L1399 / L3099 Series Single Phase Filter

The L1199/L1299/L3099 Series single-stage and L1399 two-stage filters are designed for common mode emissions and/or susceptibility applications.  These low-cost filters are ideal for power supplies and digital equipment in kiosk, gaming, food preparation and testing/measurement industries, as well as medical (L3099) applications.  Offering excellent performance and a compact design, these four series of single-phase filters include a chassis-mount design and are available with 1/4″ x .032 QC terminals (AA) or wire leads (BB) and threaded studs on select models.

HEF Series Filter Fans

High CFM filter fans for dust sensitive industrial applications

Rated at IP54 and UL (NEMA) Type12, Delta HEF500 / HEF160 / HEF070 Series Industrial Filter Fans set a new bar in quality and system care. Deployable in industrial applications requiring filtered air delivery, Delta HEF Series Fans deploy a high efficiency filter with a mat quality class of G3/G4. To avoid lengthy maintenance cycles, the filters feature a high dust retention capacity and simple tool-less replacement requiring only a single finger latch system to access the filter for inspection and replacement. Aside from class-leading performance, simplicity in design was built into each HEF Series Fan. Each model is available in 115V and 230V AC. Mounting is made easy with pin-to-pin cut-out sizes available on the market. Utilizing forced convection, Delta HEF Series Fans draw air into an enclosure via its high efficiency fan and filter for direct air cooling. Heat loaded ambient air is then exhausted from the system via another fan and/or filter port ensuring well-filtered system airflow.

EMI Main Filters

Designed to reduce conducted mains borne electromagnetic interference (EMI), this extensive filter range provides many solutions to EMI problems. To meet individual design requirements the filters are available with two attenuation options – standard and medical. Current ratings are from 1 to 10 amps with single or twin fused IEC connector types also available.

IEC Inlet Filters

Astrodyne TDI offers a broad range of standard off-the-shelf power entry/outlet EMI filters and power entry modules. Modules include the EMI filter as well as a fuse holder (single or dual) and/or a switch.

Easy to install and use, the filters are ideal for industrial and commercial electronics that require EMI/ RFI protection, including computers, communications equipment, LCD TVs, toys and sports and fitness equipment.

Our power entry EMI filters and power entry module carry US (UL), Canadian (cUL/CSA) and European (IEC/ VDE/ Semko) agency approvals and are available in both general purpose and low leakage current medical versions. At our agency approved “in-house” test facility, US, Canadian and/or European safety approvals can be obtained quickly and cost effectively on any of our customized and custom product, if needed.

Mil-Cots EMI Filters

Astrodyne has over 2 decades of experience in design, development and manufacturing of a complete range of AC and DC EMI/ RFI/ EMC filters for military and aerospace applications.

Our standard line of Military EMI Filters provide off-the-shelf performance for MIL-STD-461 and RTCA/DO-160 applications. Our standard offerings are also complemented by a diverse capability to design and build customized and custom filters and configurations. Most MIL-COTS EMI filters are designed for ambient temperature of -40°C to +70°C (-40°F to +158°F) and operate in this range without any de-rating. Some of our single phase rugged COTS EMI filters are designed for an extended ambient temperature of -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F). All Military EMI Filters have operating temperate range up to 100°C (212°F) and storage temperature down to -55°C (-131°F).
