PGFM Series

The LineGard™ PGFM product family provides ELCI (equipment leakage) ground fault sensing and is designed and manufactured by North Shore Safety, a leader in innovative safety products. The PGFM series operates in tandem with an Airpax™ LEL series, UL 489 listed circuit breaker, with shunt trip and auxiliary switch manufactured by Sensata Technologies. The PGFM can be paired with an Airpax™ IDLNK breaker for applications requiring ignition protection.

The combined assembly of the PGFM and an Airpax™ breaker meets the requirements of ABYC E-11 for ground fault protection and main shore power circuit protection. The PGFM constantly monitors the current balance of the conductors (wires/cables) supplying power to the load. When a ground fault of 27mA nominal (30 mA max) occurs, the PGFM uses the LEL’s shunt trip coil to signal the breaker to trip.

TVS Diode Arrays – General Purpose

Circuit Protection Components

YAGEO offers complete circuit protection solutions including overvoltage protection components TVS, MOV, GDT, SPG, ESD, TSS, and overcurrent protection components PPTC and NTC. TVS, MOV, and ESD products have precise voltage clamping capability. They can constrain the voltage to a permissible level to prevent circuit damage by conducting significant current to ground. GDT, SPG, and TSS products work as a switch. The switch can be turned on to conduct transient abnormal current to ground. PPTC and NTC are resistors whose resistances are dependent on temperature. The resistances of PPTC and NTC can be changed along with temperature to protect the circuit. A-Series Circuit Breakers

The A-Series are designed for precise operation across a broad range of general-purpose and full-amp load applications.

The compact size can be complemented by either a Visi-Rocker™ or recessed paddle actuator when front panel operation requires a clean design. The sealed metal toggle configuration is ideal for harsh environment applications. Adding to the breaker’s safety features are options for the exclusive Rockerguard and/or push-to-reset bezels for rocker-actuated configurations.

This up to 50 amp breaker is configurable as one to six poles with handle actuators and one to three poles with sealed toggle, rocker, or recessed paddle actuators.

B-Series Circuit Breakers

The B-Series is an optimal choice for both general-purpose and full-amp load applications. The extra insulation delivered by the tongue & groove half-shell construction provides the necessary spacing requirements for global regulatory safety approvals.

Actuator options include handle, mid-trip handle, rocker, and flat rocker. Rocker actuator options can be a single-color or a two-color Visi-Rocker™, both with push-to-reset options and a choice of horizontal or vertical styling. Adding to the breaker’s versatility is a comprehensive choice of circuits, time delays, terminals, and imprinting options.

The B-Series is available as a one- to six-pole handle breaker or a one- to three-pole rocker breaker.

C-Series Circuit Breakers

The C-Series is a compact circuit breaker delivering high amperage and voltage capability while offering the most extensive agency approval options. This robust circuit breaker employs a unique arc chute design that allows interrupting capacities of up to 10,000 amps, reducing nuisance tripping on high amp loads. The thermoset glass-filled polyester half-shelf construction found in this compact circuit breaker provides increased mechanical and electrical strength. Additionally, wiping contacts with two-step actuation provides high, positive contact pressure and longer life.

C-Series features the largest variety of handle and rocker actuator styles available from Carling’s breaker series. Rocker-actuated configurations include options for a push-to-reset bezel and/or the exclusive Rockerguard, which protects against inadvertent actuation. Furthermore, the C-Series also offers sealed metal toggle options ideal for harsh environments and parallel pole configurations for telecom applications.

The C-Series is configurable as an up to 100 amp breaker in one to six poles with handle actuators and one to three poles with rocker or sealed toggle actuators.

E-Series Circuit Breakers

Designed for higher current and voltage applications, the E-series is an excellent choice for commercial HVAC control panels, EV charging systems, generators, and power supplies. The E-Series is also a UL-listed, CSA-certified branch circuit breaker and is UL recognized, CSA accepted, and VED certified as a supplementary protector.

Performance is enhanced by easy front and back mounting options, including screw and stud terminals that feature either heavy-duty box wire connectors for solid wires or a pressure plate connector for standard wires. An optional power selector device is available.

The E-Series high voltage circuit breaker is configurable as a one- to six-pole breaker with a handle actuator.

M-Series Circuit Breakers

The M-Series miniature circuit breakers offer high performance in a compact design. They are complete with front panel snap-in or bushing mounting and a vertically mounted parallel pole configuration.

These miniature circuit breakers offer several agency approvals and are available with multiple design choices to meet the needs of almost any application, including 16 different time delays, 5 terminal styles, a variety of panel hardware, numerous color options, and legend imprinting. The M-Series also features a choice of actuators that include flat or angled rockers with or without illumination, a two-color Visi-Rocker™, paddle, baton, push-pull, or push-to-reset. Our exclusive Rockerguard protects against inadvertent actuation and wiping contacts assures the long-term reliability of these miniature circuit breakers.

GigaFuse – Hermetically Sealed Electromechanical Fuse

GigaFuse is the world’s only hermetically sealed electromechanical fuse designed for high-voltage and high-power fuse application requirements.

The GigaFuse is a bi-directional device capable of handling system voltages up to 1000V and features both passive and active triggering options.
