The TESDH5V0U04P2Q1 is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diode which includes two unidirectional ESD rated clamping device to protect high speed data interfaces. This will protect sensitive electronic components connected to data and -or transmission lines from over-stress caused by ESD (Electrostatic Discharge).

TESDH5V0U04P2Q1 is a unique design which includes proprietary clamping device in a small package. During transient conditions, the proprietary clamping devices prevent over-voltage on the control/data/power lines, protecting any downstream components. The TESDH5V0U04P2Q1 will provide ESD protection up to ±20kV (contact and air discharge) according to IEC61000-4-2 and withstand peak pulse current up to 4A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5.

TS19605CA20H is a three-channel Linear LED driver with analog and PWM dimming control. This device targets at automotive lighting applications. The TQL820CA14V33_V50 series are high-performance low dropout voltage regulator for 3.3V and 5V with input range of 3V to 50V and low quiescent 40μA. TQL820CA14V33_V50 provides 2% output voltage accuracy and 200mA maximum driving current and is suitable for automotive or other supply systems.

TQL820CA14V33_V50 just requires one small ceramic capacitor of 1μF to exhibit fast regulation and good stability. And it shows very low-dropout voltage with 70mV in 100mA-load and 110mV in 200mA-load. The start operating voltage is 3V which is suitable to cranking condition of automotive system.

The device has enabled function to switch ON and OFF for power dissipation. These high-reliability (AEC-Q101 qualified) FREDs offer optimized switching speed vs. reverse recovery time. IGBT & MOSFET Low Side Gate Drivers

The IX4426, IX4427, and IX4428 are dual high-speed, low-side gate drivers. Each of the two outputs can source and sink 1.5A of peak current with rise and fall times of less than 10ns. The inputs of each driver are TTL and CMOS compatible, and are virtually immune to latch-up. Low propagation delay times and fast, matched rise and fall times make the IX4426, IX4427, and IX4428 ideal for high-frequency and high-power applications.

The IX4426 is configured as a dual inverting driver; the IX4427 is configured as a dual non-inverting driver; and the IX4428 is configured with one inverting driver and one non-inverting driver. IX4351NE 9A Low Side SiC MOSFET & IGBT Driver

The IX4351NE is designed specifically to drive SiC MOSFETs and high power IGBTs. Separate 9A source and sink outputs allow for tailored turn-on and turn-off timing while minimizing switching losses. An internal negative charge regulator provides a selectable negative gate drive bias for improved dV/dt immunity and faster turn-off.

Desaturation detection circuitry detects an over current condition of the SiC MOSFET and initiates a soft turn off, thus preventing a potentially damaging dV/dt event. The logic input is TTL and CMOS compatible; this input does not need to be level shifted even with a negative gate drive bias voltage. Protection features include UVLO and thermal shutdown detection. An open drain FAULT output signals a fault condition to the microcontroller.

The IX4351NE is rated for operational temperature range of -40°C to +125°C,and is available in a thermally enhanced 16-pin power SOIC package.
