Manufactured from Stainless Steel, Bulgin’s extensive range of vandal-resistant security switches are designed with high resistance to wear and tear, corrosion, and harsh use in potentially hostile environments such as access control applications.
The front and rear panel mounted versions have three profiles: prominent, domed, and low profile—with a choice of switching and IP66 & IP68 front panel sealing that combined together to meet the ergonomic, electrical, and environmental demands of switch panel design. New additions of Black Anodised Ally as well as Stainless Steel are now available—and where the ultimate strength of steel is not needed, there is a brass, chrome-plated alternative. Low-profile style switches are also now available with a latching, push on/push off action.
The illuminated versions are available in dot and ring LED indications and a variety of illumination colors including bicolor LEDs. Newer versions also feature LED illumination driven by 6V, 12V & 24V together with rear panel sealing. These options will add that extra dimension to control panel layouts and functionality.

Momentary in function, the AH Series is 19mm in size with a single-pole, single-throw function. IP67 sealing degree with stainless steel body, the flush actuator is red LED ring illuminated. The LED voltage is 12VDC.
Specifications: The electrical rating of the AH Series is 1A at 24VDC/125VAC or 0.5A at 250VAC. The sealing degree is IP67. Electrical life is 50,000 cycles with contact resistance of less than 50 milliohms. Dielectric strength is 2,000Vrms between contacts and contact to LED. Insulation resistance is greater than 100 milliohms. The actuation force is 550 ± 50gF actuator travel of 2.5 ± 0.3mm. Operating and storage temperature is -25°C to 70°C. Materials: The actuator and threaded body are stainless steel or anodized aluminum with an inner switch body of polycarbonate and terminal support of PBT. The LED lens is polycarbonate with silver alloy contacts and tin-plated brass terminals. One hex nut and one “O” ring are supplied with each switch.

The UL/cUL-approved AHU is IP67, 19mm in size, the AHU is available momentary or latching. The flush actuator can be nonilluminated, or bicolor ring or dot illuminated. Offering size options of 22m, 25mm, 28mm, and 30mm standard, the DH Series is both vandal- and splash-resistant. This panel mount switch is heavy duty and rugged in construction. The DH Series is available as momentary or latching in both SPST and DPST, normally open and normally closed. Flush actuator styles offer nonilluminated, bicolor ring, or dot illumination. Mushroom-style actuators are available in red anodized aluminum in both dot illuminated and nonilluminated. Illumination color choices are red, yellow, green, blue, white, and orange. LED voltage choices range from 6V to 220V. The DH Series latching or momentary pushbutton switch is also available with UV protection to resist fading. The DH22U Series antivandal switch is our UL-approved version of the DH Series. Currently only available as a 22mm switch, the DH22U is IP67 vandal- and splash-resistant. Available in both momentary and latching with a flush ring illuminated actuator, the DH22U has body finish options of stainless steel or black anodized aluminum.
