The ICR LTE gateway is the perfect way to connect IP or serial devices to a cellular network. Industrial M2M and IoT applications include kiosks, industrial PCs, HMIs, traffic controllers, meters, UPS systems, and much more. With LTE Cat.4 upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps and download speeds of up to 150 Mbps, the router provides ample bandwidth for high data demand applications such as CCTV or public Wi-Fi hotspots. In addition to its two independent or switched Ethernet ports, serial ports RS232 and RS485, ICR-3200 has built-in digital I/O connectivity, backup real-time clock, and sleep mode support. The device has two SIM readers protected by a metallic cover for carrier failover redundancy. As an addition, the router is ready to use internal eSIM. Built-in GNSS chipset provides information about the accurate position of the router. An optional built-in Wi-Fi module is also available, with 802.11a,b,g,n,ac modes and MO-MIMO support is appropriate for onboard Wi-Fi transport applications.

These port-powered, two-channel converters change TD and RD RS-232 lines to balanced RS-422 signals extending communication distances up to 1.2 km (4000 ft). With port powering, a power supply is not required. Power comes from the DTR and RTS RS-232 handshake control lines. At least one handshake line must be present, in either the positive or negative voltage state. This permits use in applications without worrying about software control of the handshake lines.

The EKI-2525/2528 supports a fast Ethernet solution. The power is a 12 ~ 48 VDC redundant input design and is secured with a double-protection mechanism: Power Polarity Reverse Protect and an Overload Current Resetable Fuse. The former tolerates reverse power wiring while the latter secures the system from overload currents. As the power supply turns normal, EKI-2525/2528 will automatically get back to work. Each port of EKI-2525/2528 has two LEDs to show the link status transmission speed and collision status. It also provides a relay output for an event alarm. In the event of a power failure, the built-in LED will activate the alarm to notify administrators. Engineers can simply verify the hardware status by checking the LED, and have troubleshooting easy and quick. EKI-2525/2528 comes with a compact metal housing that rates IP30 to help against dusty industrial environments.

BB-VESP211 series Ethernet Serial Servers connect serial devices (RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485) to Ethernet networks, allowing the serial device to become a node on the network. The serial port can be accessed over a LAN/WAN using Direct IP Mode, Virtual COM Port, or Paired Mode connections. BB-VESP211 series Ethernet Serial Servers feature 10BaseT or 100BaseTX copper network.
