1584H Series – Hospital-Grade Outlet Strips

Features

  • Featuring a sturdy aluminum extruded case with a distinctive black powder paint-coated steel cover.
  • Designed to meet the special requirements for institutional and chronic care use.
  • With “Hospital-Grade” white receptacles, line cord, and plug.
  • Exceeds NEMA requirements for low leakage ground return and for withstanding impact or continuous physical shock without loss of grounding path continuity when plugged into properly grounded source receptacles.
  • The white “Hospital-Grade” receptacles are securely fastened onto the housing and interconnected with solidly bonded bus bars. All bus bars are double connected with a convection pressure-sensitive clamp and safety screw.
  • Perfect for ground-sensitive audio applications!
  • An additional grounding stud is provided on the case for any further external grounding requirements.
  • Mounting feet (with keyhole slots) allow temporary workstation mounting if desired.

HWC Series – Swing-Out Wall Mount Rack

The Hammond Wall Cabinet (HWC) was designed with the technical professional in mind. Our modern design enables the cabinet to be installed in less time using fewer installers than similar cabinets of its size. Fabricated from heavy-duty steel, the HWC is available in up to 27U and 34.78” overall depth and can support up to 350 lbs of equipment.

If your installation is located in a locked room, doors may not be required. The HWC  ships without doors but has three (3) convenient door options that take just a few minutes to install.

Features

  • Available in three (3) heights, two (2) widths and two (2) depths.
  • Center section features:
    • Heavy-duty spring-hinge pin for easy installation and removal.
    • Side panel that includes four (4) vents for optional fans.
    • Thirty (30)-inch wide version includes cutouts for optional 19″ accessories such as cable management located within the mounting rails.
  • Rear section features:
    • The side of the rear section includes 2.50” and 2.00” knockouts.
    • The top and bottom of the rear section include

Eclipse Junior Series – NEMA 4 Enclosures

Application

Construction

  • Body and cover are formed from 16-gauge steel.
  • Smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cutouts, or holes.
  • Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
  • 14-gauge welded brackets provide for enclosure mounting.
  • Continuously hinged cover has 304 stainless steel hinges and provides 180° opening.
  • Door latches feature the added safety of quarter-turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
  • Quarter-turn latches formed from black zinc die-cast.
  • Seamless poured-in-place gasket.
  • Models larger than 4″x4″ include a removable 14-gauge galvanized inner panel.
  • Internal threaded weld studs are provided for mounting inner panels.
  • A bonding stud is provided on the door and a grounding stud is provided on the enclosure.
  • Grounding and panel mounting hardware provided.

Finish

  • Cover and enclosure are finished with a recoatable powder inside and out with choice of ANSI 61 smooth Gray (GY) or RAL7035 textured light gray (LG).

Waterfall Series – IP69K Stainless Steel Enclosures

1590Z Series – Heavy-Duty IP68 Die-Cast Aluminum

Key Features

  • Rugged, die-cast aluminum alloy (tough yet easy to machine), electronic instrument enclosure.
  • Two-piece “tongue & groove” construction with a replaceable one-piece silicone rubber gasket prevents access from dust and water.  Gasket supplied loose inside the enclosure (not preinstalled).
  • Ideal for repetitive opening and closing.
  • Four recessed stainless steel machine screws secure lid into tapped holes.
  • Easy to wall mount using “through box – blind hole” construction, outside of gasket protection.
  • Lid screws are self captivating (lid holes are threaded with the first installation of lid screws). (NOTE: Except for 1590Z060, 1590Z061, 1590Z062, and 1590Z063)
  • Designed to meet IP68.
  • North American Mark of Safety – cUL & UL listed. Certified to Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P.
  • Painted versions are painted inside and out with a tough powder paint. Choice of textured black or smooth gray (RAL 7001).
