GHVC is the latest addition to our range of high-voltage chip resistor products. It is essentially a variant of HVC designed using green thick-film materials that are completely free of Pb (lead) and its compounds. This allows the product to be RoHS compliant without relying on exemptions that may be withdrawn in the future. Available in three sizes from 1206 to 2512, GHVC has LEVs in the range of 1 to 3kV and withstands up to 7kV peak for a 1.2/50μs surge. It is ideal for high-voltage sensing and protection in compact power supplies, circuit breakers, and medical monitors.

The OPI1268 is a high-voltage isolator with a digital output that is capable of high-speed data transmission. The input of theOPI1268 consists of a high-efficiency GaAlAs LED with a peak wavelength of 850 nm, which is optically coupled to the output optical IC. A photodiode in the output IC detects the incoming modulated light and converts it to a proportionate current.
This current is fed into a high-gain linear amplifier that is temperature, current, and voltage compensated. The result is a highly stable digital output with an open collector inverter configuration. This device produces DC and AC voltage isolation between the input and output circuitry while providing TTL signal integrity.

The HA66 series is a low-profile, low-loss, ferrite-based inductor designed with a wide range of inductances and package sizes. It is very compact, magnetically shielded, and has low DC resistance and high saturation current. This part is able to meet an operating temperature of 155°C.
