MConn is part of our HMI systems with a powerful 32-bit quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with 2D, 3D, and vector graphics hardware acceleration. The display can be programmed according to your requirements for Embedded Linux, Android, QNX, or WEC7. Thanks to the multitouch PCAP touchscreen, you can use functions such as pinch-to-zoom, rotation, flick, and much more.

The MConn is more than just a display. It can be equipped with numerous wired and wireless interfaces, including CAN (2x), LIN, Ethernet, USB (2x), audio, camera inputs (4x), I/O (22), 3G/LTE, GPS, WiFi, and Bluetooth. As with all MRS connectivity products, the data can be read and evaluated via the SpokeZone. The patented MicroPlex is the smallest CAN controller with the highest integration level from MRS Electronic. On the base area of the 2 Micro 280 relays, you can easily build your own CAN bus-capable power distribution systems.

The 7X version has seven inputs/outputs: four PWM-capable high-side driver outputs that you can configure as analog or digital inputs. And three analog or digital inputs that you can configure via software as frequency inputs, for negative encoder signals (pull-up resistor), or as current inputs (0-20 mA). In this way, the innovative MicroPlex adapts perfectly to your needs.

The 7H version has seven high-side driver outputs that switch the supply voltage. Of these, six are PWM-capable. In this way, the innovative MicroPlex adapts perfectly to your needs.

The 7L version has seven low-side driver outputs that switch the ground. Of these, six are PWM-capable. In this way, the innovative MicroPlex adapts perfectly to your needs.

The MicroPlex® can quickly and easily generate an intelligent system with CAN bus communication from previously simple ISO 280 boxes. With the CAN interface the Microplex allows you to upgrade your existing systems with diagnostic capability.

Our MicroPlex Gateway is the smallest Gateway in the MRS product line, given its small size and easy installation, it offers a wide range of applications. It has twelve pins with two CAN and LIN interfaces, as well as an optional RS232 interface. The product can be delivered as LIN Slave or as LIN Master circuitry and is perfect for tight installation spaces.

The M3600 CAN Controller from MRS Electronic offers the most I/Os of all of our controllers. With its 121 pins, it extends our product portfolio with a versatile all-rounder. With three CAN bus interfaces, the controller can either operate three stand-alone bus lines or serve as a hub for CAN bus communication. It has a total of 38 inputs and outputs. 18 analog inputs, 10 I/Os, and 10 outputs make the device a versatile product that promises the end user less wiring.

The applications of these compact controllers are diverse and can be perfectly adapted to the requirements of the respective industry. Wherever the versatility of various actuators is needed, the M3600 is the ideal solution.

The compact M2600 ECO CAN PLC is a high-performance control with high functionality in a robust V2A half-shell. The MRS-Controller has eight current-controlled PWM outputs. In addition to the 16-bit main microcontroller, the special feature is the second additionally integrated microcontroller (8-bit processor) with a useful watchdog function. Due to the two CAN-Bus interfaces, a gateway function is possible in addition to the typical control function. Optionally, even a third CAN-Bus interface can be used for further functions.

The CC27WP is a powerful and robust 32-bit controller with 27 inputs and outputs as well as 16 freely configurable I/Os with voltage and current diagnostics. The waterproof module is therefore very flexible and can be used in any industry. It is particularly suitable for vehicles with many loads to be controlled and high load currents, such as ambulance vehicles. The CC27WP continuously detects the current of the consumers and can switch them off when a defined value is exceeded. This means you do not need a classic fuse box. You are also provided with a high degree of flexibility, as motors can also be controlled with the aid of four half-bridges and up to three CAN interfaces are available for processing or forwarding commands. Due to the use of CAN bus, cabling can also be simplified, e.g. by establishing a direct connection to HMI systems such as displays or control elements.

In the basic version, the CC27WP has a total of 16 I/Os with voltage and current diagnostics, which can be expanded to up to 32 powerful outputs via ordering variants. With its seven multifunction inputs, you can also switch the measuring range, measure the frequency, or activate a switchable pull-up resistor and a switchable current sink.

The CC16WP is a part of the most advanced CAN I/O generation from MRS Electronic. The core, the 32-bit processor, provides you with more computing power and thus faster computing cycle times. You also benefit from a more powerful gateway functionality and complex programming options for your applications. Due to the extremely high flexibility of the multifunction inputs, the CAN I/O is well prepared for the most diverse, cross-industry areas of application.

All in all, the compact CC16WP offers maximum application flexibility in the smallest installation spaces in order to implement applications cost-effectively and efficiently. With the correct installation position, the high protection class IP6K8 can still be achieved. The AEF-certified order variant with a 2 MB flash memory is also compatible with different ISOBUS stacks and can communicate with other linked components such as terminals or implements. The module is also CAN FD capable.
