The M3600 CAN Controller from MRS Electronic offers the most I/Os of all of our controllers. With its 121 pins, it extends our product portfolio with a versatile all-rounder. With three CAN bus interfaces, the controller can either operate three stand-alone bus lines or serve as a hub for CAN bus communication. It has a total of 38 inputs and outputs. 18 analog inputs, 10 I/Os, and 10 outputs make the device a versatile product that promises the end user less wiring.

The applications of these compact controllers are diverse and can be perfectly adapted to the requirements of the respective industry. Wherever the versatility of various actuators is needed, the M3600 is the ideal solution.

The compact M2600 ECO CAN PLC is a high-performance control with high functionality in a robust V2A half-shell. The MRS-Controller has eight current-controlled PWM outputs. In addition to the 16-bit main microcontroller, the special feature is the second additionally integrated microcontroller (8-bit processor) with a useful watchdog function. Due to the two CAN-Bus interfaces, a gateway function is possible in addition to the typical control function. Optionally, even a third CAN-Bus interface can be used for further functions.

The CC27WP is a powerful and robust 32-bit controller with 27 inputs and outputs as well as 16 freely configurable I/Os with voltage and current diagnostics. The waterproof module is therefore very flexible and can be used in any industry. It is particularly suitable for vehicles with many loads to be controlled and high load currents, such as ambulance vehicles. The CC27WP continuously detects the current of the consumers and can switch them off when a defined value is exceeded. This means you do not need a classic fuse box. You are also provided with a high degree of flexibility, as motors can also be controlled with the aid of four half-bridges and up to three CAN interfaces are available for processing or forwarding commands. Due to the use of CAN bus, cabling can also be simplified, e.g. by establishing a direct connection to HMI systems such as displays or control elements.

In the basic version, the CC27WP has a total of 16 I/Os with voltage and current diagnostics, which can be expanded to up to 32 powerful outputs via ordering variants. With its seven multifunction inputs, you can also switch the measuring range, measure the frequency, or activate a switchable pull-up resistor and a switchable current sink.

The CC16WP is a part of the most advanced CAN I/O generation from MRS Electronic. The core, the 32-bit processor, provides you with more computing power and thus faster computing cycle times. You also benefit from a more powerful gateway functionality and complex programming options for your applications. Due to the extremely high flexibility of the multifunction inputs, the CAN I/O is well prepared for the most diverse, cross-industry areas of application.

All in all, the compact CC16WP offers maximum application flexibility in the smallest installation spaces in order to implement applications cost-effectively and efficiently. With the correct installation position, the high protection class IP6K8 can still be achieved. The AEF-certified order variant with a 2 MB flash memory is also compatible with different ISOBUS stacks and can communicate with other linked components such as terminals or implements. The module is also CAN FD capable.

The Micro Gateway is a compact gateway for automotive applications. Due to its small size and easy installation, it offers a wide range of applications. The gateway in the 30 x 30 x 50 mm plastic housing offers four different order options.

The new Micro Gateway is a compact gateway for automotive applications. The core piece, the 32-bit processor, provides you with higher performance and thus secure routing and gateway functionality at high bus loads. Thanks to the reduced housing size, you can now also use the gateway in standard relay boxes with a height of 40 mm. The 2 I/Os are now also PWM capable. Implement larger and more complex programs and applications by increasing the flash memory to 2 MB. The RAM has also been increased from 12 KB to 256 KB. This gives you even more memory to temporarily store the higher amount of data.

The Micro Gateway is available in the following variants: 2 x CAN bus + 2 x LIN Master or 2 x I/Os. The CAN/LIN variant offers you the option of integrating 12 V as well as 24 V LIN sensors, for example for operating a 12 V rain light sensor in a commercial vehicle. This function is only available in a separate version. The module is also CAN FD capable.

The most compact gateway from MRS Electronic is the Micro PLC CAN LIN. This gateway has been developed and built on the basis of a Micro PLC CAN. It offers extensive functions, packed in a 30 x 30 x 40 mm compact plastic housing. It has nine pins and each has a CAN and LIN interface. The product can be delivered as a LIN slave or as a LIN master circuit and is perfect for tight installation spaces.

In many outdoor electronics applications, there is an increasing demand for small motor control units that can drive several DC motors cost effectively via different bus systems. This is where the 4-in-1 Motor Controller comes in.

The two-fold proportional valve controller with CAN bus is used for the continuous control of two loads and is particularly used for the regulation of proportional valves. It is required for many hydraulic applications and is realized because of its two outputs double functionality with the same installation space. CAN High-Speed enables data exchange between the modules and ensures easy integration into existing systems. The microcontroller-based current control allows the desired output current to be specified using application software.

Control and readout of all values is possible via CAN bus. Fluctuations in supply voltage and temperature are compensated. This ensures a constant flow rate. To counteract stiction and hysteresis effects a dither frequency can be adjusted.
