The ICR LTE gateway is the perfect way to connect IP or serial devices to a cellular network. With LTE Cat.4 upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps and download speeds of up to 150 Mbps, the router provides ample bandwidth for high data demand applications such as CCTV or public Wi-Fi hotspots. In addition to its two independent or switched Ethernet ports, serial ports RS232 and RS485, ICR-3200 has built-in digital I/O connectivity, backup real-time clock, and sleep mode support. The device has two SIM readers protected by a metallic cover for carrier failover redundancy. As an addition, the router is ready to use internal eSIM. Built-in GNSS chipset provides information about the accurate position of the router. An optional built-in Wi-Fi module is also available, with 802.11a,b,g,n,ac modes and MO-MIMO support is appropriate for onboard Wi-Fi transport applications.
Mechatronics offers a variety of AC fans with a tachometer alarm option. Equipped with a Hall Effect sensor, these units allow for monitoring of the fan’s rotation via a one-pulse-per-revolution square wave output. This can be a great solution to monitor fan speed and/or operation to protect your system from overtemperature failure due to low airflow.

Mechatronics DC Fans with thermal speed control enable the fan to automatically adjust RPM at set temperatures. For example, at 25° C or less, the fan will operate at roughly half speed. This promotes high energy efficiency and the lower RPM reduces the noise significantly. At 35° C or greater, the fan will operate at full speed. Between 25° and 35° C, the fan speed will automatically adjust based on the ambient temperature. Choose between a hub mount or remote mount thermistor to best suit your application needs.

Standard motorized impeller integration requires an inlet ring to block the exhaust air from re-entering the air intake. For optimal performance, the inlet ring must be mounted to an adjacent surface aligning it with the impeller intake.
Mechatronics integrated inlet ring option eliminates the need for an additional adjacent surface for an inlet ring. Simply mount the device and power it up. This simplifies integration as well as reduces your assembly labor time.
