PSL-SH Series – High-Rate Lithium Batteries

Power Sonic’s PSL-SH series has been specifically designed as a drop-in replacement for lead acid batteries. Combining proven lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology with an intelligent protection circuit module (PCM), the PSL-SH series delivers more power, faster charging, and longer life at less than half the weight of the equivalent lead acid battery. With high efficiency and ultrafast charging and discharging, the PSL-SH series is ideal for industrial applications where a long lifespan and quick charging capabilities are needed.

PSL-SC Series – Connection Lithium Batteries

Combining proven lithium technology with an intelligent battery management system (BMS), the Power Sonic PSL-SC series delivers a battery that lasts longer, weighs less, and charges quicker than the equivalent lead acid battery. With its advanced BMS design, the PSL-SC range can be connected in a series or parallel configuration of up to six batteries (model dependent) providing a solution for higher voltage and higher capacity applications.

Fan Trays

Standard and Custom Fan Trays

Fan trays provide your equipment racks and enclosures with high-volume airflow to keep your equipment cool. These fan trays can be assembled using AC, EC, or DC fans with options for vertical or horizontal airflow. All fan trays are between 1 RU and 3 RU and are designed to fit any 19” rack application. Temperature-controlled fans are available as an optional add-on for EC and DC fan trays. Standard fan trays are available in dual voltage, low-noise, and high-speed models. Optional monitoring and alarm systems are available for applications with limited access. EC Fan Trays offer a universal voltage range for more design flexibility.

Modular Fan Trays

Built with modular fan assemblies on a 1RU high heavy-duty steel frame, Orion Fans’ modular fan trays are ideal for use in enclosures, cabinets, equipment racks, or ventilation hoods. These fan trays are prewired for three fans, six fans, or nine fans to accommodate specific cooling needs. A three-fan expansion module is available for the user to expand the tray as needed should design requirements change.

Short Fan Tray Series

Our short fan tray series is 1 RU (1.75in) high and features a shortened body. It is available in either a three-fan or six-fan configuration. This tray is perfect when extra space is needed behind the unit.

1 RU High Fan Panel with Redundant Power Supply

This fan tray option comes with six front exhaust fans perfect for cooling networks and rack enclosures. An optional redundant power supply will switch on seamlessly when the primary supply encounters a power loss.

Our FIT heat shrink tubing offers a reliable way to protect and seal terminations or add additional mechanical ruggedness. NAN Series – RF Antenna

The NAN family of Antennas covers both internal and external antennas designed for WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS, ISM, LoRa/Sigfox, UWB, and DECT protocols. The NAN antenna products are available both off the shelf and customized to meet individual customer requirements.

The NAN products support multiple band frequencies from 698 MHz to 8 GHz with an operating temperature range covering -40°C to +85°C. Standard 50Ω impedance and polarization range cover linear and RHCP. End-use applications include smart metering, wearable electronics, routers, gateways, navigation, tracking systems, and IoT.

Tape Wrap and Fill Polypropylene

Polypropylene Film Foil and Metallized Polypropylene offer the most stable electrical characteristics over temperature and frequency. While polypropylene has not caught up to polyester with respect to dielectric constant, it has surpassed polyester in dielectric strength making it very compatible at voltages of 600V and above. Polypropylene is the most widely used dielectric in the industry. Depending on the application, ASC offers products ranging from lower voltages to higher voltages, low current to high current, and a multitude of termination styles.

Tape Wrap and Fill Polyester

Polyester Film Foil and Metallized Polyester were the first film capacitor product lines. With a dielectric constant of over three, it has volume efficiency superior to polypropylene. With film thicknesses down to 0.9 microns, small package sizes are achieved. Depending on the end applications, ASC offers a variety of polyester products ranging from foil to metallized, low voltage to high voltage and low current to higher currents.
