A full range of quality mains-rated inlets, outlets, and connectors conforming to IEC and EN 60320 specifications carrying UL, CSA, VDE, and other approvals.
Bulgin’s IEC Power Distribution Units (PDUs) have combinations of 4, 5, or 6 outlets together with neon indicator, fuse, and switch options. The three sizes are available in various combinations and all have shuttered outlets except for the compact version. The larger enclosed versions are also available with EMI filtering.
With over 26,000 combinations, Bulgin’s power entry modules offer a very adaptable and flexible solution to panel design. Power entry modules allow combinations of mains inlets and outlets, filtered inlets, switches, fuse holders, voltage selectors, and indicators mounted in either horizontal or vertical format bezels ready for quick snap-fit assembly. The compact design occupies the minimum panel area and a single rectangular mounting hole, offering easy installation for this power entry module.
Our range offers a flange fixing alternative for designers who prefer the security of screw fixing. All types and variations are available through Bulgin’s extensive distribution network.
Designed to reduce conducted mains-borne electromagnetic interference (EMI), this extensive filter range provides many solutions to EMI problems. To meet individual design requirements the filters are available with two attenuation options – standard and medical. Current ratings are from 1 to 10 amps with single or twin fused IEC connector types also available.
Bulgin’s extensive range of fuse holders is designed to give the high degree of protection demanded in today’s sophisticated electronic equipment. Carrying worldwide safety approvals from UL, VDE, CSA, and IMQ, all types are manufactured from high-grade flame-retardant nylon and polyester materials.
Available in a variety of mounting options including panel mount, PCB & base mount, these compact and shock-safe fuse holders are ideal solutions for 5 x 20mm, 6.3 x 25mm, and 6.3 x 32mm fuses.
This range of panel-mounting LED indicators consists of many different bezel styles, types of LEDs, and colors. With the incorporation of Arcolectric’s indicator lights and lamp holders into our product offering, Bulgin’s indicator range has developed to meet the different needs of panel design including IP66 and IP67 environmentally sealed versions for use where a front panel seal is needed.
The vandal-resistant LED indicators are designed to complement the vandal-resistant switches (see the Switch Section), they have similar profiles with stainless steel bodies, sealing to IP66 & 68, and are built to withstand harsh environments.
IP67 Enclosures are designed for use with control switches and electronic equipment. Available with lids that have premolded cutouts, Bulgin’s waterproof junction boxes accept industry-standard 22mm switches and bases with M20 threaded cutouts to suit standard cable glands. With robust ABS plastic, these IP-rated waterproof and dustproof plastic enclosures are ideal solutions for providing protection to electronic components and systems that are exposed to harsh environmental conditions.
