PSL-FP Series – Lithium Cells

Power Sonic’s PSL-FP series features prismatic and cylindrical formats in both energy and power cells. Featuring proven and safe lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry, the PSL-FP series delivers many options for different battery configurations and application-specific needs. With high efficiency and ultrafast charging and discharging, the PSL-FP series is ideal for industrial applications where a long lifespan and quick charging capabilities are needed.

The PSL-FP consists of energy and power cells. Power cells are designed to deliver high current loads over a short period of time, making them ideal for use in high-rate and starter applications, and energy cells are designed to deliver sustained current over a long period of time, making them ideal for use in cyclic applications.

PSL-BT Series – Lithium Bluetooth Batteries

Utilizing an intelligent BMS and Bluetooth® communication, the Power Sonic PSL Bluetooth® series ensures you can monitor your battery status and localize any potential issues. The PSL Bluetooth® series is a drop-in replacement for lead acid batteries, bringing with it all the benefits of lithium technology combined with an intelligent battery management system (BMS). It delivers a 70% weight reduction, a superior cycle life, and, as it utilizes LiFePO4 technology, a much safer solution than alternative lithium technologies.

KOA’s Specialty Thick-Film Resistors enhance the traditional thick technologies with improved power and performance characteristics. The WK73(R/S) is our wide-side termination (reverse-geometry) type resistor, which offers enhanced power and improved thermal cycling capabilities. The SG73 is superior in pulse and surge capability. The HV73 series (HV73/HV73V) offers a maximum overload voltage of 1000V as compared to the RK73, which has a maximum overload voltage of 400V. Our RS73/RK73G precision-thick resistors have a low T.C.R of ±25% and tolerance as low as ±.25%.

KOA Speer offers a complete family of Current Sense Resistors capable of sensing large to small currents with ultralow resistance down to 0.2mΩ. The large current sensing PS series provides high power ratings with ultralow resistance, as low as 0.2mΩ. The TLR series offers a more even thermal distribution of heat and enhanced reliability. The thick film UR73/SR73 offers low resistance values from 0.15Ω to 10mΩ with a power rating of up to 2W. The wide terminal WU73 combines high reliability and performance with a T.C.R of ±75-100 x10-6 k and a resistance tolerance of 1%.

KOA Speer offers a wide variety of leaded resistors consisting of different materials. Each type offers a unique advantage. The semiprecision metal film MF resistor meets the requirements of MIL-R-22684. The MO has a flameproof silicone coating equivalent to UL94V0. The carbon film CFP of the CF series has a flameproof coating. The ceramic HPC resistor offers antipulse characteristics and is noninductive. The BGR, BWR, and BSR, a ceramic case resistor flame-retardant insulated case, are high-power resistors that are excellent with antipulse and inrush current with cores of wire-wound and oxide technology
