The category of ceramic terminal strips encompasses mantle terminals, ceramic terminal strips, and terminals for explosion and firedamp-hazard areas. Various sizes and designs permit them to be used for large wire sections. Terminal blocks with ceramic insulators can be used at increased temperatures.

Our PCB connectors offer a wide variety of options for a myriad of applications. Screw connectors are available in socket terminal style, in elevator clamping style, or as head contact terminals. The plug connectors are specially designed for the connection of components or peripheral devices. The plug-in connector systems are either screw or screwless. Corresponding pin strips are available for the plug-in connectors. The PCB connectors come in various pitch sizes and lateral flange execution, tier versions, and different plug directions. Our connection systems are also available for surface mount (SMT) and reflow soldering techniques as well as for Through-Hole-Technology (THR) for conventional soldering techniques.

Grayhill’s 77 Series Miniature Rotary Switch requires only 0.18” behind the panel depth and is only 0.5” in diameter. It is available with continuous rotation or a fixed stop that has a high stop strength. The switch is shaft and panel sealed to withstand harsh environments. A wide range of applications include handheld radios, handheld medical devices, night vision products, and laser aiming devices.
Series 68B Hall Effect Rocker Switch comes in either ratiometric analog or PWM outputs. With a dynamic seal rating of IP67, its rugged industrial design is perfectly suited for outdoor environments. These switches offer available options include 26°detent and 36° latching, friction hold, or spring return (no detent). There are also configurations in cable lengths and accent colors for the user to choose from. Intended applications include dash-panel and armrest controls, hydraulic fluid flow control, engine speed control, heavy duty industrial equipment, and remote control belly boxes.
Grayhill’s 62SG Series is compact and requires only 0.3-inch behind the panel depth. With over one million rotational life cycle, these optical encoders are available in 16, 24, and 32 detent options as part of standard offerings. In addition to the encoder functionality, the user can choose to have a center pushbutton added to the switch. Applications for 62SG range from automotive, medical, test & measurement, audio & video controls, to many more.
Series 62NG Optical Encoder has a dedicated non-turn center shaft for the pushbutton function and an outer shaft for the rotational function. This switch can be configured to match the haptics of our 62AG or 62SG encoders. Applications for the product include and not limited to navigation/GPS control, driver information systems, medical equipment, and commercial and military cockpit controls.
Grayhill 62AG optical encoder retained the reliable, strong haptics feedback attributes of the legacy 62A Series. There are various detent and pushbutton force options, as well as a 3.3V low voltage option available in the 62VG Series. Applications for the product range from automotive, medical, test & measurement, audio & video controls, and avionics.
