Kycon USB connectors are used in many consumer goods applications. Kycon offers USB 2.0 in right-angle, stacked, vertical, upright, mini, and micro versions. Kycon also offers USB 3.0 right-angle, vertical, and micro versions as well as a variety of USB 3.1 connectors. Additional options may include through-hole, surface mount, and high retention.

Electronically Commutated (EC) Fans offer a low-power, energy-efficient cooling solution with an AC input. These fans incorporate internal power conversion from AC to DC and then use a brushless DC motor for significantly lower power consumption. These fans are perfect for applications where you have AC power available but need the energy efficiency of a DC fan.

Bud Industries offers a line of high-impact (1K) resistant Gray Polycarbonate resin with 10% glass fiber-filled enclosures. It’s molded hinged cover allows for access to internal components while maintaining IP67 ratings as well as meeting NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, and 6 specifications. They are UV stabilized and meet UL94-V0 flammability ratings. These will continue to protect in temperatures ranging from -40° to 248°F. The impact resistance is perfect for factory applications where it may get bumped to outdoor applications where it has to protect against the elements. It has good chemical resistance due to its continuous gasket. It is available with an opaque or clear (-C) lid and is well suited for corrosive environments.

We offer a variety of shell sizes, pin counts, and hardware options. Some D-subs are also available with ferrite filter options and PC99 colors.
Kycon Modular Jacks can be used in computer, networking, and telecommunication applications. Kycon offers single, stacked, vertical, and ganged options with a variety of available positions, number of contacts, and mounting options. Other available options may include key options, panel stops, LEDs, shielding, and magnetics.
Kycon’s USB Type-C offerings include vertical, midmount, and right-angle options to suit your design requirements. Right-angle versions are available either with dual-row SMT or hybrid SMT/though-hole contacts. All connectors offer a high-temperature plastic for reflow compatibility.
The connectors all meet the USB 3.1 Gen 2 specifications and are backward compatible with previous USB versions. They are available in tape and reel packaging, which is ideal for pick-and-place processes.
Kycon RJ45 modular jacks with integrated magnetics for use in various applications help designers with space and cost savings while improving electrical performance. Available configurations include right angle with 10/100 magnetics and POE, dual stack with gigabit, low profile with gigabit, and a combo RJ45 over USB with gigabit. Each series can be made with alternative magnetic schematics, LED, and plating options (minimums may apply).
