Kycon Modular Jacks can be used in computer, networking, and telecommunication applications. Kycon offers single, stacked, vertical, and ganged options with a variety of available positions, number of contacts, and mounting options. Other available options may include key options, panel stops, LEDs, shielding, and magnetics.
Kycon’s USB Type-C offerings include vertical, midmount, and right-angle options to suit your design requirements. Right-angle versions are available either with dual-row SMT or hybrid SMT/though-hole contacts. All connectors offer a high-temperature plastic for reflow compatibility.
The connectors all meet the USB 3.1 Gen 2 specifications and are backward compatible with previous USB versions. They are available in tape and reel packaging, which is ideal for pick-and-place processes.
Kycon RJ45 modular jacks with integrated magnetics for use in various applications help designers with space and cost savings while improving electrical performance. Available configurations include right angle with 10/100 magnetics and POE, dual stack with gigabit, low profile with gigabit, and a combo RJ45 over USB with gigabit. Each series can be made with alternative magnetic schematics, LED, and plating options (minimums may apply).
Kycon DC power jacks are used in a variety of applications that require direct current to be supplied to a device. Kycon offers right-angle and vertical orientations in a variety of interface sizes as well as mounting options such as through hole, surface mount, panel mount, and midmount.

Kycon audio jacks are used in a wide array of applications within consumer electronics, computers, and medical devices. Along with our wide range of mounting styles, we offer many different switching options. In addition, many of our stereo jacks are available with PC99 color options, threaded barrels, and tape and reel packaging.
The CB4200 Series of thermal magnetic circuit breakers feature a pushbutton style of trip reset. This reset provides a visual indication of status that allows for rapid troubleshooting.
The SDN-C power supplies are suitable for the most extreme environments, including hazardous locations and off-shore applications.
