RV

PV150K

Molded surface mount MOVs in sizes 3225 and 4032, AC voltages from 60 thru 300V.  Peak current handling up to 1200 amps and energy handling up to 30J.  Surface mount option to low and medium voltage 5mm and 7mm radial-leaded disk varistors.

MLF / MLFM / MLFA

Standard, mini, and AEC-compliant surface mount MELFs in sizes 0102, 0204, and 0207, and power ratings from 0.3W to 1W.  Resistance values from 0.1 ohm to 1 Megohm, in tolerances as low as 0.1% and TCR as low as 15 pppm.  Exceptional electrical and environmental stability and surge handling with low self-heating.

HVC

High-voltage chip (HVC) resistors offer working voltages up to 3500 volts.  Chip sizes from 0603 through 3512, tolerance as low as 0.1%, and TCR as low as 25 ppm.  Resistance values up to 50G available.  Offers very low electrical noise and low VCR to 1 ppm/volt with excellent high-voltage pulse handling.

HCSM

High-current molded shunt (HCSM) resistors offering 5W power ratings in a 2818 chip size.  Resistance values 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 milliohms available in tolerances as low as 1% and TCR of 75 ppm or 200 ppm.  Excellent long-term stability, high operating temperatures allowing full power up to 100C, and derated operation up to 170C.  AEC compliant.

CSS/CSSH

Ultra-precision current sensing chip resistors offering sizes from 0603 through 4527 in power ratings from 0.33W up to 5W.  Resistance ranges from 0.25 milliohm to 120 milliohm, in tolerances as low as 0.5%, and TCR as low as 15 ppm.  Excellent long-term environmental and electrical stability.  AEC compliant.

BR

Bare element radial-leaded thru-hole sense resistors (BR) in power ratings from 1W to 5W.  Resistance ranges from 5 milliohm to 100 milliohm in tolerances as low as 1%.  Flameproof, non-inductive, low-cost current sensing, with low thermal board stress due to the raised element.

EC Fans

Mechatronics Low-Power Fans are ideal for applications where only AC power input is available and low power consumption is a requirement. Mechatronics Low-Power fans are electronically commutated providing the efficiency of a DC fan with the simplicity of connecting to an AC power supply. Available with global voltage input accommodating 90VAC to 265VAC, allowing for a single model to be used in products for both 115VAC and 230VAC applications. Mechatronics Low Power Electronically Commutated (EC) fans are available in sizes ranging from 60mm-250mm.

EC Fan Trays

Mechatronics Fan Trays deliver high airflow and low power consumption rack mountable thermal management solutions by making use of the Mechatronics LPH low power EC fans. Mechatronics Fan trays are available in standard 3, 6, and 9 fan configurations.

Mechatronics low power consumption electronically commutated (EC) fans deliver high airflow performance and require as much as 50% less power than standard AC fans. Global voltage range allows 100 to 240VAC input and maintains constant performance – each low-power tray is suitable for use on 115VAC and 230VAC input power. Energy-efficient low power consumption custom fan tray options including PWM speed control, Thermistor, and Tachometer alarm output available.

ATEX-Certified Fans

Mechatronics offers a range of fan sizes and designs for use in potentially hazardous applications and environments. ATEX Fans are intended for use in equipment or protective systems where potentially explosive atmospheres can occur (as defined by EU directive 2014/34/EU). Mechatronics ATEX Fans are EC Fans (electronically commutated AC fans) made with encapsulated motors rated to IP68. ATEX Rating levels for Mechatronics fans are listed in the table below. Only fans with the ATEX symbol and rating on the label are intended for ATEX applications.

What is ATEX and where are ATEX-rated fans used?

Special electric components are required for environments where explosive gases, vapor-air mixture, or combustible dust are possible in concentrations high enough to cause explosions. ATEX directives were adopted to align the technical requirements for products intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Mechatronics ATEX-rated products comply with the directives. All Mechatronics ATEX-rated fans are marked with ATEX symbols and markings that indicate protection level and conformity with the directive. The ATEX directives not only define product requirements but also classify environment zones and equipment categories.
