SM

Surface mount (SM) molded wirewounds with compliant leads to eliminate solder joint failures from board flex or thermal expansion. Power ratings from 1 to 5 watts, resistance values from 0.01 to 5K ohm, tolerances as low as 0.5%.  High surge handling capability in a surface mount device and can be used to replace multiple SMD film chips for space and size reduction.

RV

Radial Leaded MOVs in a wide range of sizes and voltages.  Provides transient surge protection for AC voltages up to 1000V.  Peak current handling up to 6500 amps and energy handling up to 625J.  UL1449 certified file no. E476752.

PV150K

Molded surface mount MOVs in sizes 3225 and 4032, AC voltages from 60 thru 300V.  Peak current handling up to 1200 amps and energy handling up to 30J.  Surface mount option to low and medium voltage 5mm and 7mm radial-leaded disk varistors.

MLF / MLFM / MLFA

Standard, mini, and AEC-compliant surface mount MELFs in sizes 0102, 0204, and 0207, and power ratings from 0.3W to 1W.  Resistance values from 0.1 ohm to 1 Megohm, in tolerances as low as 0.1% and TCR as low as 15 pppm.  Exceptional electrical and environmental stability and surge handling with low self-heating.

HVC

High-voltage chip (HVC) resistors offer working voltages up to 3500 volts.  Chip sizes from 0603 through 3512, tolerance as low as 0.1%, and TCR as low as 25 ppm.  Resistance values up to 50G available.  Offers very low electrical noise and low VCR to 1 ppm/volt with excellent high-voltage pulse handling.

HCSM

High-current molded shunt (HCSM) resistors offering 5W power ratings in a 2818 chip size.  Resistance values 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 milliohms available in tolerances as low as 1% and TCR of 75 ppm or 200 ppm.  Excellent long-term stability, high operating temperatures allowing full power up to 100C, and derated operation up to 170C.  AEC compliant.

CSS/CSSH

Ultra-precision current sensing chip resistors offering sizes from 0603 through 4527 in power ratings from 0.33W up to 5W.  Resistance ranges from 0.25 milliohm to 120 milliohm, in tolerances as low as 0.5%, and TCR as low as 15 ppm.  Excellent long-term environmental and electrical stability.  AEC compliant.

BR

Bare element radial-leaded thru-hole sense resistors (BR) in power ratings from 1W to 5W.  Resistance ranges from 5 milliohm to 100 milliohm in tolerances as low as 1%.  Flameproof, non-inductive, low-cost current sensing, with low thermal board stress due to the raised element.

EC Fans

Mechatronics Low-Power Fans are ideal for applications where only AC power input is available and low power consumption is a requirement. Mechatronics Low-Power fans are electronically commutated providing the efficiency of a DC fan with the simplicity of connecting to an AC power supply. Available with global voltage input accommodating 90VAC to 265VAC, allowing for a single model to be used in products for both 115VAC and 230VAC applications. Mechatronics Low Power Electronically Commutated (EC) fans are available in sizes ranging from 60mm-250mm.
