Johnson Electric’s extensive platform of tubular solenoids provides high force for short-stroke applications and is ideal for applications that require long life and high reliability. The STA technology is constructed with a low-friction system bobbin, ensuring a life of 25 million actuations. The customizable STA platform is available in a variety of sizes in both push and pull engagement that is well suited for lock/latch operations. The STA Series provides high resistance to shock and vibration to withstand extreme ambient conditions and is also available in magnetic latching versions.
