Shizuki began making capacitors in 1939 and ASC (Goodall Electric) in 1943. With a combined year total of 147 years of experience that ranged from low-voltage DC (50) to high-voltage AC (26,000). Shizuki was one of the pioneers in metallized film, and ASC (TRW) was a leader in the development of metallized polyester film capacitors.
Technology is at the forefront of Shizuki with three new R&D facilities focused on getting more out of what is available as well as new product development.
