Offering size options of 22m, 25mm, 28mm, and 30mm standard, the DH Series is both vandal- and splash-resistant. This panel mount switch is heavy duty and rugged in construction. The DH Series is available as momentary or latching in both SPST and DPST, normally open and normally closed. Flush actuator styles offer nonilluminated, bicolor ring, or dot illumination. Mushroom-style actuators are available in red anodized aluminum in both dot illuminated and nonilluminated. Illumination color choices are red, yellow, green, blue, white, and orange. LED voltage choices range from 6V to 220V. The DH Series latching or momentary pushbutton switch is also available with UV protection to resist fading. Specifications: The electrical rating of the DH series is 2A at 24 or 125VAC and 1A at 250VAC. Sealing is IP67. Electrical life is 50,000 cycles with contact resistance of less than 50 milliohms. Dielectric strength is 2000Vrms contact to contact and 2000Vrms contact to LED. Insulation resistance is greater than 100 milliohms. The actuation force is 550 ± 50gF with actuator travel of 2.5 ± 0.3mm. Operating and storage temperature is -25°C to 70°C. Materials: The actuator is stainless steel or black anodized aluminum with a polycarbonate LED lens. The threaded body is stainless steel or black anodized aluminum with an inner switch body of polycarbonate. Terminal support is polybutylene terephthalate with silver alloy contacts and epoxy-sealed brass terminals. One hex nut and one “O” ring are supplied with each switch.

The DH22U Series antivandal switch is our UL-approved version of the DH Series. Currently only available as a 22mm switch, the DH22U is IP67 vandal- and splash-resistant. Available in both momentary and latching with a flush ring illuminated actuator, the DH22U has body finish options of stainless steel or black anodized aluminum. LED voltage ranges from 6VDC to 220VAC. LED color options are red, yellow, green, blue, and white.
Specifications: The electrical rating of the DH22U Series is 3A at 125VDC or 3A at 250VAC. The sealing degree is IP67. Electrical life is 50,000 cycles with contact resistance of less than 50 milliohms. Dielectric strength is 2,000Vrms between contacts. Insulation resistance is greater than 100 milliohms. The actuation force is 200 ± 50gF for SPDT and 250 ± 50gF for SPDT with actuator travel of 3.2 ± 0.25mm. Operating and storage temperature is -20°C to 55°C. Materials: The actuator and threaded body are stainless steel or anodized aluminum with an inner switch body and terminal support of PBT. The LED lens is polycarbonate with silver-plated copper alloy contacts and terminals. One hex nut and one “O” ring are supplied with each switch.
