Tripp Lite’s IEEE-1394b, or FireWire 800 cables, are the latest in FireWire technology, with data transfer speeds up to 800Mbps, twice the speed of the original FireWire. The 9-pin to 6-pin FireWire 800 – FireWire cable (also known as a “bilingual” cable) will connect a 6-pin FireWire (1394a) device to a 9-pin FireWire 800 (1394b) port on a computer, or it will connect the 6-pin FireWire port on a computer to a 9-pin FireWire 800 device (FireWire 800 devices can achieve FireWire 800 speeds only when connected to a FireWire 800 port). These cables are 100% compatible with Apple FireWire, Sony iLink, and all other IEEE-1394b peripherals.

This IEC-320-C14 to IEC-320-C13 cable features 14 AWG wire suitable for high-power connections, making it a reliable solution for large server applications that require a higher-rated, heavier-gauge cable. This C14 male to C13 female cord can be used to connect a computer, server, monitor, or drive to a UPS system or PDU or replace or upgrade the standard power cord provided by the device’s manufacturer. The C13 to C14 right-angle cable is easier to install in confined spaces, such as the back of a rack enclosure cabinet. When plugged in, the right-angled C14 plug guides the computer power supply cable parallel to your peripheral, allowing you to push the device up against a wall or hide it behind a desk to maximize space.

Tripp Lite’s 3-ft. gray snagless category 5e (Cat5e) patch cable has two snagless RJ45 molded male connectors featuring integral strain relief. The cable is manufactured from PVC four-pair stranded UTP and is rated for 350MHz/1Gbps communication. The IBAR12 features 12 total outlets—two on the front and 10 on the rear—which are arranged in two exclusive isolated filter banks that prevent equipment connected to one bank from interfering with equipment connected to the other. These internal barriers also prevent disruptive line noise from causing A/V distortion, computer lock-ups, data errors, and similar problems. Large toroidal chokes, ferrite rod-core inductors, HF/VHF capacitors, and multiple layers of metal oxide varistors remove EMI/RFI interference and prevent system crashes, reboots, and performance problems.
Because residential power outlets have three wires—hot line (H), neutral (N), and ground (G)—the IBAR12 protects all three, covering two protection modes: full normal mode (H-N) and common mode (N-G/H-G).
An integrated 15A circuit breaker protects all outlets and shuts down connected equipment in the event of an overload. A lighted on/off switch with a locking cover provides one-touch control over connected components. Diagnostic LEDs show power, protection, and line fault status at a glance. The IBAR12 mounts to a wall, under a counter, or in 1U of rack space using the included hardware. A 15-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug reaches distant outlets.
