L1199 / L1299 / L1399 / L3099 Series Single-Phase Filter

The L1199/L1299/L3099 Series single-stage and L1399 two-stage filters are designed for common mode emissions and/or susceptibility applications.  These low-cost filters are ideal for power supplies and digital equipment in kiosks, gaming, food preparation, and testing/measurement industries as well as medical (L3099) applications.  Offering excellent performance and a compact design, these four series of single-phase filters include a chassis-mount design and are available with 1/4″ x .032 QC terminals (AA) or wire leads (BB) and threaded studs on select models.

KP Series Illuminated Pushbutton

The KP series from NKK features a super-bright RGB LED or a bicolor amber/blue LED. The unique design of the switch ensures illumination that is evenly diffused. The LED provides vibrant, bright full-color spectrum illumination with precise color matching available.

RVE45 DC Centrifugal Fan

Powerful, compact, quiet: RVE45

The next generation of our RV45 series, the RVE45 features the same dynamic air delivery in a similar compact footprint with the added benefit of built-in electronics. This new high-performance series excels in rapid pressure changes and is ideal for a wide range of medical and industrial applications including ventilators, vacuum lifters, breathing masks, and even filling bubble wrap! With more design freedom, greater efficiency, and significantly lower noise levels, the RVE45 is a powerhouse that is ready to work for you.

What the RVE45 has to offer, and more importantly, what you have to gain from it:

The RVE45’s dynamic EC internal rotor motor easily adapts to rapid pressure changes, switching quickly and reliably between high and considerably reduced pressures. The high nominal speed of 38,000 rpm produces exactly the dynamic power required, which is also supported by the rotor’s low moment of inertia. Active braking ensures a similar response at negative acceleration. Speed changes from 0 to 38,000 rpm to less than 500 ms are no problem for the RVE45. For you, this means the airflow is always dosed exactly as required.

Vibration-absorbing materials and an optimized aerodynamic design ensure that the RVE45 operates quietly, and thanks to maintenance-free ball bearings, it can continue to do so for many years. For you, this means that your products work reliably long-term and at significantly lower noise levels.

The rotor is intentionally light, which results in low power consumption at high dynamic performance. Speed control is possible with a PWM signal or analog voltage which reduces the energy consumption to exactly what is required. The fan can be monitored via a tach signal or alarm signal which proactively reduces downtimes (or even prevents them completely!). For you, this means maximized efficiency. You can adjust the fan characteristics to your individual needs and environmental conditions by parameterizing them during the design-in phase.

The space-saving motor design and special high-performance magnets make the RVE45 particularly compact and lightweight. For you, this means more design freedom and smaller sizes for all of your applications.

Z Series Improved DC Power Plugs

Switchcraft® power plugs have been trusted for decades in a wide variety of critical applications. END Series Sealed RJ45 Connectors

Incorporating an RJ45 connector into a sealed housing ensures the connectors are easy to terminate while offering data performance up to CAT6. A variety of panel mount options, including a feedthrough are available. Panel mount receptacles are compatible with END series sealed plugs or any standard RJ45 connector, and are sealed to IP67 when mated or using the optional cap.

FREDs (Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diodes)

Taiwan Semiconductor, a global supplier of discrete power electronics devices, LED drivers, analog ICs, and ESD protection devices, announces the availability of the PU1xMx/PU2xMx families of fast recovery epitaxial diodes. These high-reliability (AEC-Q101 qualified) FREDs offer optimized switching speed vs. reverse recovery time. Their soft reverse recovery results in lower noise switching while achieving low losses and increased efficiency. The Micro SMA package heat spreader contacts provide excellent heat transfer.

GBU150x Family Bridge Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor, a global supplier of discrete power electronics devices, LED drivers, analog ICs, and ESD protection devices, announces the availability of the GBU150x family of standard bridge rectifiers. These GBU-packaged, 15A-rated rectifiers are available with peak repetitive reverse voltage ratings (VRRM) from 600V to 1000V and 1.0ms peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 600A. The highest-rated (1KV) device, offered at the same price in production quantities as the others in the family, provides an added design margin that can facilitate meeting regulatory standards, such as IEC61000-4-x and IEEE C62.XX ringing waveform requirements, in a wide range of mains-connected power conversion products.

“Since higher-voltage bridge rectifiers typically are more expensive, engineers trained to optimize price and performance will select 600V or 800V PIV devices to achieve cost targets,” said Vice President, TSC Products, Sam Wang. “The GBU1507, with an industry-leading 1000-volt PIV rating, is offered at the same price as the lower-voltage-rated parts in the series. This gives engineers a cost-effective opportunity to add safety margin for new designs as well as upgrade existing GBU sockets.
