Delta Pulse-Width Modulation PWM fans offer a full lineup of speed control. PWM fans have advanced cooling solutions, that deliver the best performance and greater efficiency. PWM regulates the voltage signal between fully on and fully off, controlling the speed of a fan. The PWM function is commonly used in OEM cases. Delta also provides standard PWM through distribution channels.

Delta’s internal PWM signal control fans deliver a variety of advantages over external PWM-controlled devices:

With global energy savings mandates growing more stringent by the year, AC-based fan motors struggle to keep pace while keeping newer HVAC and Commercial Refrigerator systems working efficiently. To assist our customers, Delta has developed a brushless DC motor technology that is Electronically Commutated (EC) and features an integrated AC-to-DC inverter and magnet rotor. This results in significant power savings over AC motor fans while still maintaining compatibility with current AC source inputs. Our customers can look forward to achieving up to 70% power savings by utilizing Delta EC motor-based fans. This gives our customers the opportunity to offer their end-users an HVAC or Commercial Refrigerator product that offers significant power savings without sacrificing performance.

To meet thermal specifications and provide low noise output, high sound quality, and longer product life, Delta developed DC fans with sleeve bearings that are more durable in high operational temperatures while offering wide rotational speed characteristics.

DC Refrigerator Fans

Delta designed our refrigerator fans for low-temperature environments with a dedicated bearing system allowing our fans to work at an operational temperature of -40°F without freezing. Our unique blade design allows unrestricted airflow with lower system tunnel noise while keeping a steady temperature inside your refrigerator. Delta’s advanced motor driver circuit technology achieves high efficiency and low vibration at the same time while also offering a PWM function for a wider speed range adjustment.

FSU Series – Flow Switches

The FSU series of pre-set switches use a reliable and robust reed switch design for their operation.

They have industry-standard process connection sizes (push fit or NPT thread) that give a quick and reliable method of installation.

FSU flow switches are based on the high runner FS series flow switches sold today globally and have connections (either push fit or threaded) to meet North American standard sizes (½”, ¾”).

H25 Series – Incremental Encoder

The H25 is the flagship of the BEI Sensors product line. It was designed from the ground up for the industrial marketplace. The H25 offers features such as EMI shielding, high-precision ball bearings, and matched thermal coefficients on critical components. XDRT Series

NEW MULTIFUNCTION HANDLE IS DESIGNED FOR RIGHT-HAND OPERATION

APEM introduces the newest XD series option, the RT handle. An ergonomic grip offering a wide selection of pushbutton and Hall effect thumbwheel combinations. Designed exclusively for APEM’s XD series joystick, the RT grip provides IP67 above panel sealing and is ideally suited for vehicle applications requiring dedicated right-hand operation.

Featuring both front- and rear-facing configuration plates, the handle allows users to easily reach all forward-facing functions with an easy sweep of the thumb. Considering the maximum possible configuration, the new RT handle can provide up to four axes of proportional control and 10 momentary switching functions. The XD RT includes redundant Hall effect sensors to provide more than 10 million operations, and measures just 60mm below panel yet withstands horizontal loads up to 400lbf. The XD series may be specified with CAN bus J1939 or CANopen outputs and is considered Sil2 compatible. The result is a compact yet robust joystick ideally suited for off-highway vehicles and machinery.

FNR Series

A NEW, COMPLETELY SEALED ROCKER SWITCH, IDEAL FOR MOUNTING ON CONTROL LEVERS

APEM is launching its new FNR series: a new, completely watertight rocker switch, specially designed for easy forward & reverse control. This rocker switch was developed to maximize the user comfort without compromising on efficiency, by keeping a very intuitive operation.

Being extremely well sealed, this rocker switch is particularly suited for demanding environments, especially on all-in-one joystick controls. Circular in shape (20 mm dia.) and with LED resistors embedded, it can be easily mounted and installed on a control lever.

The FNR series is ergonomically optimized and has excellent tactile effect. Whether it is mounted on the forward side of the joystick or on the lever, its ergonomically designed size and height means that the final user experience is more intuitive. Handling is comfortable and precise, even when used repeatedly.

Because of the vertical integration of all our production phases, this new rocker switch can be personalized for backlighting (5 colors available), markings, extra sealing, flying leads output (type and length) and connectors.
