Liquid Flow Evaluation Module

The disposable Liquid Flow sensor utilizes thermopile sensing technology to measure the flow rate for the liquid. The Liquid Flow Evaluation Module kit includes the reusable base station, disposable liquid flow sensors, 3/16’ ID soft tubing, PC application, and cable connector.

The sensing system is fully calibrated, and temperature is compensated over the specified flow range. The sensor has a linear flow output over the temperature range of 10C to 40C (50F to 104F) and is calibrated with distilled water as standard, with the option for custom fluid calibrations to fit your specific application requirements.

The evaluation module is paired with a powerful software application that enables users to adjust the sampling rate based on the application’s flow characteristics and provides an option to view a rolling average of flow data to minimize noise or fluctuations in the data output.

The sensor is designed with a robust, high-performance, medical edge connector, providing a secure and reliable electrical connection. Additional sensor cartridges can be purchased separately.

FCR Series

FC Series Supercapacitors, also known as Electric Double-Layer Capacitors (EDLCs), are surface mount-type components intended for high-energy storage applications. The FC Series is designed specifically for reflow soldering, allowing them to be attached to a printed circuit board (PCB) directly. This FCR type is a surface mount supercapacitor with an operating temperature range of 85°C in high-temperature environments.

Type QAS – Arc Suppressor/Snubber Network

D2EW Sealed Ultra-Miniature Basic Switch

D2EW, which can be operated from multiple angles, is an ultra-subminiature switch that can be easily integrated into small available spaces. This switch eliminates the need for a lever, improving its cost performance and increasing its flexibility in customer unit design. Downsizing the switch operating mechanism ensures a reduction in materials used, component count, design man-hours, and production man-hours.

X4 Class Series – 200V Power MOSFETs

These devices are developed using a charge compensation principle and proprietary process technology, resulting in Power MOSFETs with significantly reduced resistance RDS(on) and gate charge Qg. A low on-state resistance reduces the conduction losses; it also lowers the energy stored in the output capacitance, minimizing the switching losses. A low gate charge results in higher efficiency at light loads as well as lower gate drive requirements. In addition, these MOSFETs are avalanche rated and exhibit a superior dv/dt performance. Also due to the positive temperature coefficient of their on-state resistance, they can be operated in parallel to meet higher current requirements.
