The DG040 Series is a small, open-frame 40-watt power supply built with medical and IT equipment in mind. With a power density of 6.7W per cubic inch and running at greater than 84% electrical efficiency, the DG040 Series is Green Energy approved and designed for single-output medical or IT applications. The universal input provides 90 to 264 volts of AC power while the compact 2” x 3” footprint makes it easy to integrate into printed circuit boards.
The DG040 is designed to operate at peak efficiency within a temperature range of 20°C (-4°F) and 50°C (122°F) and is rated to run at operating temperatures as high as 70°C (158°F). Safely store the DG040 in temperature conditions between -40°C to 85°C (-40°F – 185°F). High-voltage chip (HVC) resistors offer working voltages up to 3500 volts. Chip sizes from 0603 through 3512, tolerance as low as 0.1%, and TCR as low as 25 ppm. Resistance values up to 50G available. Offers very low electrical noise and low VCR to 1 ppm/volt with excellent high-voltage pulse handling.

High-current molded shunt (HCSM) resistors offering 5W power ratings in a 2818 chip size. Resistance values 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 milliohms available in tolerances as low as 1% and TCR of 75 ppm or 200 ppm.
