Durafuse™ LT Low-Temperature Alloy System: The Tough Choice That is Easy to Make

Award-winning Durafuse™ LT is a patented low-temperature alloy system by Indium Corporation designed to provide high reliability in low-temperature applications that require a reflow temperature below 210°C. Durafuse™ LT provides improved drop shock resilience, outclassing bismuth-tin (BiSn) or bismuth-tin-silver (BiSnAg) alloys, and can perform better than SAC305 with optimal process setup. Durafuse™ LT is made up of a low-melting indium-containing alloy and a higher-melting SAC alloy. The SnInAg alloy initiates joint fusion while the SAC alloy provides enhanced strength and durability. Durafuse™ LT is ideal for high-reliability applications that utilize thermally sensitive components or boards and/or have a requirement for step soldering. Reversible flow fans provide excellent cooling performance in both the forward and reverse direction. This allows you to reduce both the total fan footprint and project costs. Speed and airflow direction are controlled by one fan without supplemental excess wire or circuitry. This series is microcontroller-based and utilizes PWM signals to control fan speed.

MSS Series – Metal Slim Switch

The new MSS uses a technology that was previously unknown in the electronic switch world. The MSS is an active electronic switch that reacts to a minimal deformation of the actuating surface. The technology is extremely precise so that only a small amount of pressure is required.

Unidirectional Ultralow-Capacitance ESD Protection Diode: TESDH5V0U04P2Q1

The TESDH5V0U04P2Q1 is an ultralow-capacitance ESD protection diode that includes two unidirectional ESD-rated clamping devices to protect high-speed data interfaces. This will protect sensitive electronic components connected to data and/or transmission lines from overstress caused by ESD (Electrostatic Discharge).

TESDH5V0U04P2Q1 is a unique design that includes a proprietary clamping device in a small package. During transient conditions, the proprietary clamping devices prevent overvoltage on the control/data/power lines, protecting any downstream components. The TESDH5V0U04P2Q1 will provide ESD protection up to ±20kV (contact and air discharge) according to IEC61000-4-2 and withstand peak pulse current up to 4A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5.

The TESDL5V0B45P1M3 is a bidirectional ESD-rated clamping cell to protect power interfaces, one control line, or one low-speed data line in an electronic system. It has been specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components that are connected to power and control lines from overvoltage damage by Electrostatic Discharging (ESD), and Lightning.

TESDL5V0B45P1M3 is a unique design that includes proprietary clamping cells in a small package.

Three-Channel Linear LED Driver with Analog and PWM Dimming: TS19605CA20H

TS19605CA20H is a three-channel linear LED driver with analog and PWM dimming control. This device targets automotive lighting applications. It provides high-side drivers for LED current configured with a maximum current of up to 150mA per channel. By cascade, external PNP transistors can reach up to 400mA per channel.

TS19605CA20H operates with a wide input range of 4.5V to 70V and low quiescent current in standby mode. It is designed with various protection functions such as undervoltage lockout (UVLO), LED-String open load voltage protection (OLP) and short circuit protection (SCP), ISET pin open/short protection, and overtemperature protection (OTP). Diagnostic features are provided to meet automotive requirements.

Low Dropout Regulator with Enable, Reset, Watchdog Functions: TQL820CA14V33_V50

The TQL820CA14V33_V50 series are high-performance low dropout voltage regulators for 3.3V and 5V with input ranges of 3V to 50V and low quiescent 40μA. TQL820CA14V33_V50 provides 2% output voltage accuracy and 200mA maximum driving current and is suitable for automotive or other supply systems.

TQL820CA14V33_V50 just requires one small ceramic capacitor of 1μF to exhibit fast regulation and good stability. It shows very low dropout voltage with 70mV in 100mA-load and 110mV in 200mA-load. The start operating voltage is 3V, which is suitable for the cranking condition of the automotive system.

The device has enabled function to switch ON and OFF for power dissipation. There is a reset function to monitor output voltage for UVLO reset and power-ON delay reset with an adjustable lower reset threshold function. The built-in watchdog function monitors the microcontroller’s operation with flexible timings. Other protection functions such as thermal shutdown and current limit are against immediate damage.
