FCR Series

FC Series Supercapacitors, also known as Electric Double-Layer Capacitors (EDLCs), are surface mount-type components intended for high-energy storage applications. The FC Series is designed specifically for reflow soldering, allowing them to be attached to a printed circuit board (PCB) directly. This FCR type is a surface mount supercapacitor with an operating temperature range of 85°C in high-temperature environments.

D2EW Sealed Ultra-Miniature Basic Switch

D2EW, which can be operated from multiple angles, is an ultra-subminiature switch that can be easily integrated into small available spaces. This switch eliminates the need for a lever, improving its cost performance and increasing its flexibility in customer unit design. X4 Class Series – 200V Power MOSFETs

These devices are developed using a charge compensation principle and proprietary process technology, resulting in Power MOSFETs with significantly reduced resistance RDS(on) and gate charge Qg. A low on-state resistance reduces the conduction losses; it also lowers the energy stored in the output capacitance, minimizing the switching losses. A low gate charge results in higher efficiency at light loads as well as lower gate drive requirements. In addition, these MOSFETs are avalanche rated and exhibit a superior dv/dt performance. Also due to the positive temperature coefficient of their on-state resistance, they can be operated in parallel to meet higher current requirements.
