Hammond’s 1557 Series of Watertight enclosures feature a modern look with soft curves, while still providing the agency listings and watertight protection of more traditional industrial enclosures. 1557 series enclosures are also versatile, offering three different “modes:” heavy-duty flange wall mount, flush wall mount, and desktop/tabletop.

Bud Industries offers a line of high-impact (1K) resistant Gray Polycarbonate resin with 10% glass fiber-filled enclosures. It’s molded hinged cover allows for access to internal components while maintaining IP67 ratings as well as meeting NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, and 6 specifications. They are UV stabilized and meet UL94-V0 flammability ratings. These will continue to protect in temperatures ranging from -40° to 248°F. The impact resistance is perfect for factory applications where it may get bumped to outdoor applications where it has to protect against the elements. It has good chemical resistance due to its continuous gasket. It is available with an opaque or clear (-C) lid and is well suited for corrosive environments.

The Hammond Wall Cabinet (HWC) was designed with the technical professional in mind. Our modern design enables the cabinet to be installed in less time using fewer installers than similar cabinets of its size. Fabricated from heavy-duty steel, the HWC is available in up to 27U and 34.78” overall depth and can support up to 350 lbs of equipment.
If your installation is located in a locked room, doors may not be required. The HWC ships without doors but has three (3) convenient door options that take just a few minutes to install.
